Level 1 Foundation Training in REBT

Develop your foundation skills REBT
Training in REBT starts here. Our Level 1 course is accredited by the IAREBT and gives you an opportunity to learn about this powerful model of psychological change. Whilst this is an introduction to REBT, it is not an introductory course in psychological therapy, as some working familiarity with cognitive-behavioural principles and the practice of psychological interventions is assumed.

Get the most out of REBT
The Level 2 training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy is the second stage of training in REBT. It is designed to increase your theoretical understanding of REBT, further improve application skills, and engage in further live supervision. We aim for you to leave the course feeling more confident about the use of REBT in your practice and able to get the most out of supervision.
